GANG OF THE MONTH HANDBOOK

Official regulations, point distribution mechanics, robbery tier sheets, demerit penalty schedules, and evidence standards for the Bloodrage City Gang of the Month season.

SEPTEMBER COMPETITION PHILOSOPHY: WINNERS ONLYZERO CONSOLATION POINTS

The September Gang of the Month competition is more competitive, challenging, and strictly focused on high-quality roleplay and verified victories. All points must be earned and supported by valid evidence. Only winners and successfully completed activities will receive points. No consolation points will be awarded for losses, deaths, attendance alone, or participation.

I. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Criteria required to qualify for September leaderboard standing

Official Registered Gang

Must be an officially registered and recognized faction in Bloodrage City RP.

Minimum 20 Active Members

Must maintain at least 20 genuinely active, non-AFK, distinct members in city activities.

Full Server Rule Compliance

Strictly adhere to city, gang territory, official event, and roleplay server rules.

Organized Activity Thread

Maintain a properly formatted, synchronized, and active Discord logging thread.

Zero Cheating / Exploits

No confirmed cases of unauthorized software, bugs, glitches, or integrity breaches.

Valid & Timely Submissions

Complete proof submitted strictly within the weekly deadline window.

Active Member Requirement: Any gang that falls below the required 20 active members will not receive Weekly Activity Points (+20/wk) until it meets the requirement again.

Gang War Official Scheduled Event	+10 / wave	Awarded only to the official winner of each wave. Losing gangs receive 0 points. A 3-wave event offers a possible max of +30 points. Official Management announcement determines the winner.
Gang Raid Base / Compound Raid	+10 PTS	Awarded only to the winner of a successfully executed raid. Full video proof required.
Gang Delivery Illicit Cargo Transport	+20 PTS	Must be successfully completed from start to delivery point and supported by complete unedited evidence.
Turf War Zone Domination	+1 PTS	Awarded only to the turf winner. No participation or loss points will be given.
Airdrop Crate Contest	+5 PTS	Awarded only to the gang that officially obtains, loots, and secures the airdrop crate.

Gang War Rules Clarification: No points are awarded for 2nd place, match losses, participation, kill counts alone, or server attendance. Only official event winners confirmed by Management receive wave points.

IMMERSIVE ROLEPLAY SYSTEM

MANAGEMENT EVALUATED

Standard Immersive Gang RP+15 PTS

A high-quality hostage scenario, tactical police negotiation, government interaction, corporate business takeover, or gang storyline.

Major Immersive Storyline RP+20 PTS

A large-scale, organized, multi-day original storyline that has received prior Management coordination or high-level GOTM review approval.

Examples of Qualified Immersive Roleplay

• Police hostage and negotiation roleplay

• Business owner hostage or negotiations

• Government official & state storylines

• High-stakes Godfather family roleplay

• Inter-gang truce, alliance, or treaty talks

• Long-term conflict with character arcs

• Corporate takeover & criminal syndicate ops

• Undercover sting or betrayal storylines

Mandatory Standards to Qualify:

Must have a clear beginning, conflict escalation, and defined conclusion.
Cannot be rushed, staged, or engineered solely to farm leaderboard points.
Must include authentic dialogue, character depth, and genuine negotiations.
Zero breaking character, Fail RP, RDM, VDM, forced roleplay, or unnecessary trigger-happy shooting.
Minimum of five (5) active gang participants present throughout the storyline.
Complete uncut video evidence from start to finish.
A single scenario cannot receive both +15 and +20 awards. Management determines classification.

Official Gang Meeting Faction Assembly	+20 PTS	All required gang representatives and roster quotas must be present with screenshot evidence.
Weekly Active Members Roster Audit	+20 / wk	A minimum of 20 genuinely active, distinct members verified during the weekly evaluation. Possible maximum: +80 points across 4 qualified weeks.

Weekly Active Member Auditing Criteria: Members must not be dummy, alternate, or inactive ghost accounts. Members must actively participate in city activities and not be consistently AFK. Proof must be unmanipulated with zero recycled screenshots.

STRICT ROBBERY OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

• Successful Completion: The robbery must be 100% completed and evacuated.

• Police Engagement: Proper negotiations and required officer count must be respected.

• No Failed/Cancelled Heists: Zero points awarded if a robbery bugs out or fails.

• Rule Violations Nullify: Points are canceled if any member breaches rules during the scene.

• No Clip Recycling: The same robbery cannot be submitted multiple times.

• Anti-Farming: Staged police responses, script farming, or pre-arranged fake heists are strictly prohibited.

IV. DEMERIT SYSTEM & INTEGRITY VIOLATIONS

Official Gang Sanction	-20 PTS	Each confirmed ticket involving Fail RP, breaking character, combat logging, or serious rule violation.
Integrity Violation	-50 PTS	A serious breach involving conduct, honesty, fairness, exploitation, or evidence tampering.
Government / Staff Violation	-100 PTS	Serious disrespect, harassment, threats, toxicity, or abusive behavior toward Admins or Management.

Integrity Violations (-50 to -100 PTS / Disqualification) Include:

⚠️ Cheating or using unauthorized software

⚠️ Bug, script, or teleport exploitation

⚠️ Prohibited RPF / game asset modifications

⚠️ Protecting or harboring confirmed modders

⚠️ Repeated false-ban claims / ban system abuse

⚠️ Toxic, destructive behavior or sexual harassment

⚠️ Evidence tampering, editing, or fake proofs

⚠️ Win trading, activity farming, or staged events

⚠️ Alternate or dummy accounts to manipulate roster

Crucial Leadership Responsibility Rule: Removing the violating member after the incident has been reported will NOT automatically cancel the gang’s demerit. Gang leaders are strictly responsible for maintaining the integrity, discipline, and conduct of their roster. Serious or repeated integrity violations will result in total disqualification from the season.

V & VI. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS & AUDIT PROCEDURE

1.Full-screen Media: Uncropped screenshot or high-res video clip.
2.Visible Identification: Player server IDs, tags, or gang clothing visible.
3.Timestamp: In-game HUD clock, date, and approximate real-world time.
4.Activity Classification: Exact activity name and category.
5.Participant Roster: Complete list of attending gang members.
6.Outcome Confirmation: Proof of victory or successful completion.
7.Context Narrative: Concise explanation of the scenario.
8.Official Thread: Logged in designated gang Discord channel.

Weekly Audit & Governance Protocol

Weekly Counting Cycles: Points are audited and reconciled weekly. Only activities completed within the active window count toward the cycle.

Ticket Holds: Open Discord tickets or integrity investigations temporarily place contested points on hold until resolved.

Retroactive Deductions: If a submitted action is subsequently proven to have broken rules, points will be revoked and demerits applied.

No Evidence = No Points: Edited, recycled, cropped, or ambiguous evidence will be summarily rejected by staff.
